Latest -main branch is for 5.0, although a changelog mentions UE 5.3.

@fox was kind enough to build and share pre-compiled binaries for 5.3.x here

Don't forget to fix up your redirectors after using it!

Thanks for sharing! I was also able to successfully compile it for 5.4 preview, but am waiting for 5.4.0 release to update my releases
